"Has changed since my last stay, it now has different owners. Self check in and out is now in place and whilst it works there’s no substitute for real reception. Room was clean as normal, along with the hotel on general. You no longer get tea/coffee making facilities in your room, which is a shame, especially as it was still listed as being provided when I booked and paid for my stay.
