"This is exactly what we were looking for. Location is good near beautiful side streets and walking distance from shops and good restaurants. Very responsive host. Nice decorative touches and clean, efficient cooking area. Clean apartment which could use updating but if you want updates you’ll just have to pay more. This was our second stay in this general area and we liked this one better. Definitely a reasonable price for this area. Ad is accurate regarding the apartment. "

"If location is your priority--where you want to be in Hyde Park close to UChicago--then this property is an excellent choice. The property was perfectly clean and had some personal touches. But it seems as though the property has been newly furnished and newly outfitted, so it seems likely additional comforts and improvements will be forthcoming. For example, we thought there was no toilet paper as there was only a quarter of a roll left in the bathroom and no extra rolls stored in the bathroom;...

"Never received check in information, had to call from multiple phones to receive answer. Found dirty shorts underneath bed, doors don’t close, boarded up window, exposed screws on the couch - my friend cut their foot on the screw. Overall was not worth the price based on the above and more that was not stated. Would not recommend. "
