"I loved this rental it was in the middle of everything and very convenient. It was very clean and modernly updated. I feel it could be a 5-star listing however the tenant above our head let their child run across the floor ALL DAY LONG. I complained once and it was corrected to only start the next day. The only other suggestion would be to provide a small amount of cleaning products in order for the tenants to clean."

The only drawbacks were that it is on a main street and sometimes I could hear the wails of traffic, in addition, there is a large window that could use a black out curtain. "The location of the unit is wonderful. For those who want to take Metra - BNSF to Chicago, this is great as it is walking distance to the commuter rail. The host provided snacks which was a great touch after a long drive. The unit had its own HVAC which allowed for a very comfortable stay. Two beds and two full baths along with an adult (not a camping style) kitchen, and shopping and dining all close by made for a wonderful extended stay close to Chicago. Nicely put together!"

"A very comfortable two bedroom first floor house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen had everything you would want and we made use of making breakfast and lunches there while my daughters were at a music festival at SeekGeat stadium. It is very close to public transportation - about a block walk to the 307 bus line. The JewelOsco is right across the street which made for easy shopping. Just a short walk to Starbucks, Dunkin’ and restaurants made for a nice walk and beautiful...

"I was slightly apprehensive about using a VRBO, but everything was wonderful. Location was close to where we wanted to be (Oak Park) and the unit was very clean and comfortable. The property owner was extremely responsive. I had a number of questions prior to arriviing which were answered promptly. Upon arrival, I had problems opening the door with a code (my fault) and the owner sent someone out immediately to assist. I forgot a hair dryer and one was furnished upon request. Very nice people...
