"Y'all the view, the easy walk to the ocean, the room and balcony, the pool, all fantastic!!! Lots of amenities like tennis and basketball. They could use more pool toys, like balls and tubes. Tons of chairs and shade. Onsite restaurant pretty good. Activities staff super friendly, especially Alex. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The staff was very attentive and friendly. They answered all our questions accordingly and were very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was great every morning we were there. Per personal preference, we did not have housekeeping come to our room every day of the three days that they were due to come in. Despite this, the front desk staff were very accommodating to giving us towels daily when we asked for them. Due to the pile of towels that housekeeping would have on their hands at the end of our stay, we made sure to leave a nice tip for them. 🙂 This was our first time in Puerto Rico and that staff of the Hyatt Place and the lovely atmosphere made it a very pleasant vacation."

"What a hidden gem! We loved our stay here. The entire property was clean and well maintained with some lovely historical features (like the tiles!). The small courtyard and pool were refreshing after a day out and there are lots of birds and lizards around too! We saw (and heard) many parakeets while in the courtyard. Staff were very kind and helpful. There is a good grocery down the street (Puebla) with anything you could need. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again! I should note that the beds are VERY soft and may not be comfortable for those who prefer a firm mattress."
