Del Mar is located within Los Suenos Resort and Marina, Costa Rica’s premier destination resort community. This three-bedroom luxury residence is located in building four, on the second floor of the Del Mar residential complex, the newest development in the resort.

The balcony provides the perfect vantage point 6-to take in panoramic views of the fairways of La Iguana golf course, Los Suenos Marina and the spectacular sunsets of Costa Rica’s Central Pacific Ocean.

Faux finished walls, Italian ceramic tile flooring and countertops and hardwood cabinetry are featured in the unit. Ceiling fans in each room and a quiet central air conditioning system will ensure your comfort in this tropical getaway.

Furnished in a Tommy Bahama tropical design, the unit features one king-size, one queen-size, two full-size beds, and a queen-size sofa bed, with a private master bathroom and a shared common area bathroom featuring a beautiful glass shower enclosure and hand painted art work on the wall.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes and utensils to allow for comfortable stays. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit and daily maid service is provided.

Del Mar is conveniently located at the entrance of Los Suenos Resort, providing quick access to the nearby beach towns of Herradura and Jaco with easy access to all of the Central Pacific’s Tours and Attractions including Manuel Antonio National Park.

We've stayed at Los Suenos a few times, and this condo really was the best! The daily house keeping service and location convenience were awesome. The condo was very clean and comfortable and met all our expectations. Every thing was exactly as it looks. Clean, well stocked, comfy (master bed was a little too firm for me but hubby loved it), close to pool, beautiful view....A+. Owner was very responsive. Look forward to next time we visit.

EXCELLENT LOCATION TO RENT

I have stayed in this unit for several years and have no reason to change. It's extremely convenient in terms of restaurants, shops and the beach, along with being a few steps to the pool. It has always been a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend it.

Loved it!!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two college-age kids, but it would be perfect for just about any family. We were on the go a lot of the time but the time spent at the condo was just great. The amenities are terrific. There is a lot to enjoy at the resort. The pools were sparkling clean and the beach club access pass was clutch. We felt so at home at the condo; the furnishings were great and everything you need is right there! A golf cart is a must - a quick trip to the grocery store and you are set to eat at home, even cook out...(and there are even fairies who come in and clean up after you while you are out the next day). But if you are truly on vacation, mom might prefer to eat out, and there are many options for casual dining just a golf cart or taxi ride away. The condo option was truly preferable to the Marriott option for the same total cost. DelMar 4K is the way to go!
