"Location was excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy. Staff were polite. Spacious room. Great value. Tea and coffee in room was a bonus, however, there was only fruit teas no breakfast tea. Breakfast choice was excellent with a fully stocked Nespresso coffee machine. The only thing missing in the property is a lounge bar, where you could just relax with a drink, without leaving the lovely Aircon environment. "

Avoid – Unprofessional and Unreliable I booked this hotel last minute and had a confirmed reservation. After travelling six hours to get there, I tried calling multiple times (over five attempts) for directions—no answer. Finally, just 10 minutes away, someone picked up only to tell me they don’t accept one-night stays, despite my confirmed booking. No apology, no effort to help, and zero regard for the inconvenience caused. This is not how a professional company should treat guests."

"We were very impressed by all the staff couldn't do enough for us, we went there with friends to celebrate Moira's birthday. We had a few problems the air conditioning wasn't working so it was 27° in our room and very hot in our friends room also the jacuzzi bath didn't work. Some of the furniture needs tidying up. The big problem for us was the boat yard next door sanding a boat for painting was very noisy other than that we had a great time."
