Finally, just 10 minutes away, someone picked up only to tell me they don’t accept one-night stays, despite my confirmed booking. No apology, no effort to help, and zero regard for the inconvenience caused. This is not how a professional company should treat guests."

"We were very impressed by all the staff couldn't do enough for us, we went there with friends to celebrate Moira's birthday. We had a few problems the air conditioning wasn't working so it was 27° in our room and very hot in our friends room also the jacuzzi bath didn't work. Some of the furniture needs tidying up. The big problem for us was the boat yard next door sanding a boat for painting was very noisy other than that we had a great time."
