"The main staff/manager Jesos is a man with many hats 1) he checked us in 2)he showed us in to breakfast , made our tea/coffee every day, showed us where everything was 3) sorted us out with a new key card when ours stopped working 4) helped my husband with technical issues on his ipad twice 5) checked us out Basically he was on hand throughout our 3 night stay, he is very welcoming, friendly, helpful We look forward to returning to tbe hotel later in tbe year The housekeeping was brilliant, very thorough too It is a great location for the strip About 3 mins walk We were close to the beach and about 20 minute walk to the arches Fab hotel, fab price, fab manager, fab housekeeper "

"Was a great base and location. Excellent communication and great support and help from the property manager. Comfortable and convenient. Pool in March was freezing but as expected. Pool areas were amazing though would love to use them in the summer!! Our only issue was that with 4 of us staying there we couldn’t all get a hot shower in a row before the hot water ran out and person 3 and 4 had a cold shower or had to wait. "

"Home is located in a small beautifully presented complex in a prime location a short walk from the many bars and restaurants of the strip. Several supermarkets are also within 5 minutes walking distance and the beach is 10 minutes in the other direction. Everything you could require is provided in the home and contents are the quality you would expect in a 5* let. Air con, WiFi and TV are also included and a nice touch was the welcome pack Barbara left for us so that we could have a cuppa after our journey. Paul also offered us a pick up and drop of service which made our holiday so much easier. A great point was him waiting for us with his luminous green brolly....we spotted him immediately and had no need for running around checking where our driver was as has been a bone of contention in the past with other holidays. All in all a first class experience which we hope to return to in the future. "
