"We had a super week at the Jardines de Nivaria. Rooms were nice and spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent as were the dining options. Local dining options away from the hotel are not great - we walked to Caleta most evenings for better dining there. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay."

"It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. "We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard."

"Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. "Normally stay at either Fanabe, jacaranda , playaolid or the gf Isabel Chose this hotel for a change the decision was price driven. Lovely layout of hotel Good size room clean with excellent shower Nice pool area with lots of sun beds We were all inclusive good choice of food and good variety. We ate in most days which is unusual for us Staff lovely and wine was dispensed by the bottle as opposed to draft which you often find when going all inc If I had one issue I would say the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best at my side of the hotel . Hotel closing for a refurbishment. I wouldn’t have known this as the hotel was in good condition We would definitely go back. "
