"Pros: Area was quiet, clean, house was dark at night and cool, pool was fab clean and maintained. short walk to shops and restaurants everyone really friendly, host was to hand if we needed anything. Cons: The four steps up to the pool were very slippy which we found out the hard way. could do with a hand rail in the middle or none slip matting."

"Fabulous property, everything you could need for self catering apartment. On a lovely complex, great pool, the pool snack bar was fantastic! Quieter area, couple of shops within walking distance up the hill, some great restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Easy to drive to the busier areas of Costa Adeje - I personally loved that we were staying in a quieter part! Easy to drive to attractions, waterparks, go karting, beaches etc. Loved it!"

"This property is part of a residential development which was not mentioned in the listing. It is located halfway down the complex, the walk to the exit gate is up a very steep slope and is not suitable if you are not in a good physical condition. There is no reception on site so any correspondence must be done through the property agentWhich was mostly done by text. I could not get any television in English. There was next to no information about how to use the equipment in the house. The house...

"Excellent facilities, quiet location but close to restaurants and shops"

"Unser Aufenthalt Aufenthalt Teneriffa war sehr schön. Wir waren viel unterwegs. Die Unterkunft kann allerdings nicht halten, was bei der Buchung versprochen wurde.Die Lage ist zweifelsfrei atemberaubend!Die Unterkunft leider nicht!!! Im Einzelnen: - es fängt beim Schuhabtreter im Eingang bereits an; der sollte schleunigst ausgetauscht werden - in der Küche ist der Einbaukühlschrank defekt; ein Ersatz wurde im kleinen schlaftzimmer bereitgestellt, war aber recht laut - die Geschirrausstattung...

"Good location close to local bars"

"Location excellent with only a three minute walk to a large supermarket and local restaurant's, bar, shops and cinema. 15 min walk to the main area, beach and numerous restaurants. The pool at the villa was a good size for a swim and enjoyed by all. Rolando was an excellent host and always available for any issues, advice etc. Our main complaint was the state of the linen which was replaced after the first week but frankly it all needs to be renewed. The pillows in our room on the ground floor...

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful hotel, stunning pool, reasonable gym, great buffet breakfast, good range of entertainment every evening. Easy and free parking if you’ve hired a car. Stunning views of the coast from rooms and from the very nice bar. Lovely rooms with decent king size bed and nice bathroom/decent shower. A good 25 min walk to main restaurants and bars (we got a taxi for €5 each way which took 5 mins). Nearby about a 5 min walk, there is a great Indian restaurant that we ate at, there is a Thai and Italian restaurant and a little shopping mall which is modern and a good range of shops and a supermarket. Recommended."
