"We had a fantastic stay at the Hard rock hotel. The facilities were excellent 3 very good pools with plenty of beds and music. The entertainment on the evening’s was very good but it only lasted an hour, and the drinks were very very expensive. The rooms were very modern and the cleaning was spotless, but we did have have a cockroach in our room on one occasion. That did not spoil our stay though because we were looked after very well by all the staff throughout our stay."

"I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! The staff were wonderful though, as were the rooms and bed. I’ll definitely be back."

"Very well looked after resort with fantastic staff - all of them had a great attitude"
