"Very disappointing experience, especially considering we paid $600 for a two-bedroom suite. The front desk staff was not welcoming, and there was no AC in the living room, making it uncomfortably hot. The bedroom AC units were extremely loud, and the furniture was old and outdated.
The parking situation was also frustrating. We were charged $45 for one parking spot, even though we had two cars and booked the suite for six people. We had to use valet parking for the second car and pay another...
"Helpful staff, clean room (housekeeping comes super late - came by at 4 pm when we’re were coming back to change so don’t expect a turnover), good location. Lots of boardwalk noise (there was a band playing loudly one evening and super loud marathon stop at 7am the next day). Would stay again if no events happening right outside the room"
