"The house was amazing! Everything you need to have a great vacation! Hoping to book next year! The communication with the owner was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect!"

"The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. Not great for finding sea shells or sharks teeth but no rocks or anything but soft sand and even very little sea weed. pretty much only saw some a time or two over the week. The waves were great for boogie boarding. You are on the ouskirts of town so no heavy traffic but close enough to stores and grocery stores only a few miles down the road. Ihave been coming to the outer banks for probably 12 years maybe more and this was the nicest one we stayed at todate. "

"What a gem of a place. The view from the waterside rooms is worth every penny! This place had that old school charm and hospitality you don’t get anywhere else these days. Bruce the bartender makes the stay memorable and makes you feel welcome. Book it for the views, stay for the stories, and enjoy the tiki bar and pool. I will be coming back next year. Such a memorable trip with this place. Bonus is the water sports are just outside the hotel and you get free access to the huge gym facility next door. "

"The house is well equipped for a family stay. Lots of beach chair and toys, games in the living room and the beach super close. We didnt have internet while we were there because of a lightening strike that fried the modem the wk before but honestly we didnt even need it. Phil dropped off a jet pack for us but we didn't even use the tvs."

"The house accommodated all 17 members of our family ranging in age from 6 months to 63. We loved our time playing at the beach during the day and our nightly walks back in the evening to search for crabs. The pool, hot tub and patio were the perfect place to spend the day as well. "

"The house is everything as advertised. Lots of room, very clean, great kitchen, Location is perfect, short walk to the beach. Golf cart is a great extra. Owner is very easy to contact and extremely responsible. Would definitely stay there again."
