"Just a great property. You get the whole third floor and sundeck to yourself. In a quiet neighborhood that is close the beach and restaurants. Also close to the greenway in case you want to walk/bike around. Living room and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was great and check in was easy. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
