8 Bedrooms (4K/Bath ,2Q, P, 2B) 6.5 total Baths. New Carpet in bedrooms in 2018. One 50" TV upstairs with a Blue Ray DVD Player, one 42' TV downstairs and another 42' TV in the main King Master Suite, 32' Flat screen TV's in each of the King Master bedrooms. There is also TV in each and every room. Four master bedrooms, a game room with pool table, Playstation, wireless internet, computer, pool (with heater) and hot tub are but a few of the amenities provided for your enjoyment.

Our home is on the 'Ocean side' of Route 12, and is only a short walk to the beach access. Sheets and bath towels provided. Our home is child friendly, and all furniture is strapped to the wall for your child's protection. Pack and Play (2), high chair, stroller, baby gate, and other necessities for children provided for your convenience.

The lower level has a game room with new pool table and electronics, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bath and a full size washer and dryer.

The middle level features three king bedrooms with private a bath, a queen bedroom, a pyramid bedroom and a full bath.

The upper level has a large open living area and a half bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers and a bar refrigerator under the island. The dining table seats ten and there is room for five at the bar. There is also a king master bedroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

Great place to have 16 people. There was enough space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was a very easy 10 minute walk to the beach. It was nice being close to shopping and eating also. Hope to stay again in the future.

The stay at the house was great! Check in was quick and easy and communication with Carri was excellent. A couple of minor issues while we were there, but Carri responded quickly and handled them efficiently (which I truly appreciated). I will definitely recommend to friends and families in the future. Perfect house for our family of 17. Walk to beach is a little long but doable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The added lift to get food and luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors was a lifesaver.

My family and I (12 people total) stayed for a week and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and in a nice quiet location close to the beach. Carrie (host) was very responsive and addressed all questions promptly. I highly recommend this unit and would certainly stay again!

The only complaint I have is that our stay went by so fast. My family and I visits OBX once every year. We have to say that this was the most relaxing stay by far. The home was clean, beautiful, welcoming and Carri was in touch with us as needed throughout the stay. We love it and would love to rent again.

We had 11 adults and 7 kids (age 5 and under) staying. The walk to the beach was easy and we went often. Pool was great for the kids to swim in because ocean swimming and pool swimming are different, especially for young kids. The top level AC did not work for the 1st two days but the owners got someone over as soon as they could and it was fixed. The house was as expected from the listing and pictures. This was our first time vacationing as a large family and overall it was wonderful!

We had a fabulous week, the house was perfect for our family reunion with 19 people! At no point did we feel crowded in the house with all the decks large rooms and pool area. The short walk to the beach and shops was prefect for our group. Also, Carrie was very quick to respond with any questions I had along the way. I will definitely look to book with them again.

We definitely enjoyed this house. We had multiple families with ages from infant to 60ish. The walk to the beach was easy, the pool and hot tub were great and the house was clean and in good shape. Contact with the owner was good. I messaged her a few times with questions and got prompt replies. It was a really good experience.

We had an awesome weekend! Carri was such a pleasure to deal with, she was always quick to respond when I had questions, and just a joy to work with. The cottage was everything that we expected it to be and more. The heated pool and the hot tub were amazing, as it was quite chilly while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again. The Funk n Treasure house had lots of room for all ages to enjoy the property. The 7 bathrooms made life a lot easier. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/dishware/cookware. Distance to grocery and shopping was 3 minutes in each direction. Would rent again.
