"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"Very spacious and convinient to get around. Especially to the cannel for a night food tour. Great service. We couldn't figure out the heater. someone was at our door within 30min to help us out. Also our request for more towels was promptly responded. I wish they have WHAT'S APP to communicate international travellers. It is NOT the easiest way to communicate over the phone one the address to pickup the key. And when on roaming plans, emails do not load very well. "

"Great place for this price, everything’s in good condition, you have a lot of appliances and a lot of room. There are lots of places to eat or drink, the metro is close, and you can walk from there to all of the main sights."

"This place is around a 10 minute walk from the metro which was ok for us as it was easy to get to and from each day. One of the biggest disappointments is that we weren’t told about works occurring on the building that would literally be happening outside the window, meaning we couldn’t use the balcony or open the windows. The AC also wouldn’t turn on and above the AC there was a huge amount of mould that was visible. The draining of the shower was awful, we’d have to wait for the water...

"It was a great space, lots of storage. About 22 minute walk to Duomo. Trolley runs in front of the apartment. Comfortable bed. The bad thing is the shower has lots of mold. The floors need mopping as they were grity."

"Lovely location & very central for our needs, quite a lot of construction in the area & no aircon or adequate fan's. An information leaflet would be helpful ie wi fi codes & bus timetables etc. & usb points would be helpful "

"This is a great place to stay when visiting Milan. The apartment is very lovely, spacious, and clean. Communication with the managers is very good. The location is close to the night spots along the Navigli canals and, to our surprise, the apartment is next door to our favorite gelateria chain in all of Italy (Gelateria Romano). The only negative of the apartment is it is not particularly close to any Metro stops. Overall, an excellent place to stay."

"The property was so great and we loved it. The only thing that was quite different to us, is that we had to check in at a property office, and then told the apartment was walking distance from there. We had a huge suitcase and walked 20 Minutes in the freezing cold! If we had been better informed, we would have kept our cab there waiting from the airport, or maybe they can help to arrange transportation. The ladies that checked us in were so lovely and the whole experience was quite nice...

"The apartment is spacious and comfortable enough overall. Location is fine. The cleanliness was just okay, with a bit smoking smell in the apartment although there is an non-smoking policy. In general, it is a reasonably good place to stay in Milan for a few nights."
