"The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. They even helped us plan activities and surprised my sister for her birthday, which was so sweet! Big shout-out to Alejandro, Jimmy, Carlos, and Victor! Pura Vida !"
