"Hotel was good enough, a little dated. Parking was a pain as we had to try and find street parking which you got to pay for unless you can get the street outside the hotel then its free till 10am"

The staff here, receptionists, spa staff, restaurant and bar staff are all so friendly and no request is too much for them. This is our 3rd time her and will defo be returning. "

"Overall, great. Restaurant was not as good as other experiences but staff was great. Amazing location. Would caution staying on the top floor near the alley. Room so hot closing the window was not an option and the alley is used by those traveling to and from some of the pubs, so you can imagine the noise. Not the fault of the hotel but shows the reason it is one of their less expensive rooms. GREAT LOCATION!"

The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms, providing plenty of comfort after a long day outdoors. The entire property is spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Ample parking spaces made arriving hassle-free, which is a great plus for those traveling by car. Stayed for one night in May 2025, and it was exactly the relaxing retreat needed after the adventure on Snowdon. Would highly recommend for those looking for a comfortable and well-kept hotel in Caernarfon!"

"We had the private suit with bunk beds and it was just right for us. The room itself was small but it served its purpose for what we needed - a clean place to sleep and shower, because we were not in the room that much. What we really loved about YHA was the great customer service, the location, the cleanliness and sustainability of the hostel, the big communal area with lots of dining tables, sofas, great views, a bar and kitchen if you wanted to buy something or alternatively the kitchen equipped with everything you can think of if you prefer self catering. The communal area is great to hang out and possibly make friends also."
