All in a perfect location for exploring the city. What made it really special, though, were the staff. "The hotel is incredible, rooms great, view, location… couldn’t be any better. Service at the sky bar, wine bar and lobby are very slow. To the point we left the hotel and went somewhere else for a drink when they ignored us and then after going to the bar a few times, they didn’t bring our order. For the price, the service should be better. Saying all that, I will still definitely go back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Timbre Virtudes. The hotel is is situated in a beautifully restored building that adds history and charm to your stay. From the moment we checked in the staff was courteous, helpful, and warm. We were in a rush to get to a tour and they did everything possible to get us there on time. When it was time to unfortunately depart, our Uber ended up coming to the end of the street that the hotel was located on. Without hesitating, staff helped us carry our luggage all the way down the cobblestone street and made sure we were situated before leaving. All in all, I highly recommend staying here for your Porto experience!"
