"Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was disappointing - the bedside lamps lacked the ability to be turned on, carpet was dirty. Watch your step if you approach the entrance of the hotel from the street as it is dark and certain curbs are not properly marked to alert you where they begin and end. I sustained a serious foot and knee injury stepping off one these unmarked curbs."

"The room was very clean. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the air conditioner, but the front desk immediately sent maintenance to address it. The maintenance staff member was very friendly and, when he realized the issue couldn’t be fixed right away, he quickly arranged a new room for us and even provided a complimentary breakfast coupon for the inconvenience."
