"400 year old building the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The floors and stairs are a bit noisy (creaky) but it’s obviously going to be given the age of the building it’s quite stunning also has a nice courtyard and a safe carpark round the back. Overall fantastic weekend stay wouldn’t mind doing it again "

"Welcomed at reception on arrival. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean an well presented. Bed very comfortable and the en-suite was very good. Great food in the Pub and lovely breakfast in the Hotel dining room. Outside areas are great with lovely sea views. Check out the Garden Coffee House and the short walk to the beach. We'll be back! "Unfortunately as we had travelled by train we were limited to using the buses to get into King's Lynn which was quite a good service but was a long 20/25 minutes walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. Delicious food "

"Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It has a great resident’s garden. The bedroom was a good size, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Some touch up to small chipped areas of paint would be beneficial. The breakfast was good and we ate at the hotel on one evening. Small menu but the food was excellent. Loved our stay. Sad to hear that it is closing at the end of August as it has been sold and becoming assisted living accommodation. "

"Excellent service. Very old building so there a few things that are as best as they can be but are not what you may expect. For example, the tub is higher than normal and would be problematic if you are older. Heat seemed to be missing except in the bathroom. Still, we would easily stay there again when we return. "
