"Overall it was fine. Little things are what our complaints would be. It was very expensive at the places to eat there. Also not a lot of breakfast options for kids. We bought yogurt and cereal in the gift shop but again, expensive, and they were never stocked. The shower would run cold and then would turn off and on. It was convenient and close to Universal Studios though. "

"It is clean, parking is expensive, the AC fan is a little loud but acceptable. It is also strange that they use bar soap in the bathroom. It is a wasteful practice. They also always give a bag of water and snacks also wasteful the bags get thrown away and it would be a smarter option to have a filtered water dispenser in the lobby or on every floor to reduce plastic waste. "Check in was literally at 4pm. Other guest were able to check in prior. Was an inconvenience trying to have the children change into swimsuits without a room and luggage. Pool slide closed at 5pm. The room had a weird smell to it when checked in. "
