"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."

"Probably one of my favorite UK stays. I booked the morning of as a bit of a spur of the moment decision. The price was absolutely fantastic, the room that I got could not be beat. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. Jess the supervisor was an absolute gem. The food is great, if I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely be staying here. Can’t recommend it enough!"

"A beautiful shiny new hotel with well thought through design and such aesthetic decor. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The roof top bar was a definite plus, with fab views, it just made the weekend for me and my friend who had a long overdue catch up. So close to the station, an easy weekend away."

"Large clean room with crisp sheets on the bed. Both the bed and the pillows were too firm, resulting in limited sleep I was convinced that continental breakfast was included when I booked the room. However the Expedia booking did not state that ,nor did the information sent to the Porters Lodge. The charge was though only £5 pp."

"Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."

"Much better than last time I stayed, Not the best of hotels, but the that is reflected in the price you pay. Mainenance is also quite poor with several light fittings in my room not working."

"This was an easily accessible, comfortable room with pleasant staff and a good breakfast. There were plenty of places nearby and within walking distance to get dinner. The only thing that was slightly difficult was the parking. It's a very well used car park, but it is free, so if you can get a space, it's great."

"I originally booked my stay at the Rising Sun Inn because I was in the area to see Van Morrison. What I didn't expect was how much I'd enjoy everything else the hotel has to offer. The inn was comfortable, welcoming, and a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside. One of the highlights of my trip turned out to be the wonderful hiking opportunities right around the hotel. "Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds."
