"Checkin was not the greatest. Not super friendly. Didn’t explain where to find the restaurant nor how to connect to wifi. Needed all 4 peoples ID. I’ve never had to do that before. Room wasn’t clean well at Checkin. Next day room still wasn’t attended to until 430pm. Breakfast was great. Staff mediocre. Not sure I’d stay here again. Poor lay out. Well kept property but that’s about it."

"What an unexpected delight! I was travelling solo and wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. It’s cozy, staff are delightful and it had the amenities I needed. The bed was comfy, the room was spotless and so quiet for sleeping—what more can you ask for? I had never even been to the neighbourhood before, as I always stay downtown. But there are so many great little places to explore and to grab a bite. I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"Bed was a hard for our liking Hvac was making a rattling noise Fridge was nice and cold but made a weird surging sound. Could use a new sink, stained but worked."

"Property was convenient location for theatre we were attending. Clean and friendly. Little amenities missing like places to charge devices, no fridge, lousy pillow quality, couldn’t open windows or balcony door, on the noisy side with traffic. "

"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or playpens. Shortly after she instructed the head housekeeper to search the storage for a playpen, and one was delivered to our room. Seems to me that they were too lazy to have this all handled before our arrival and were hoping we wouldn’t make a fuss over it. There were also ants in our bed, and no plug for the bath tub… Not family friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place."
