"It’s close to the university. The place is clean. Breakfast was OK. You need to know they charge extra for parking. Not in the best neighborhood, but they made me feel very safe and protected."

"Kind of felt like pulling into a prison yard with the solid gate at the entry. We got an ADA room because we needed to check in early and it was the only one ready. There was no closet, or anywhere to hang clothes, no dresser to put clothes in, ice bucket but no cups provided, or complimentary coffee. No blow dryer for anyone who needs to dry their hair, so if you're someone who does that don't book here, or pack your own! Honestly, motel 6 is a better place than this, especially for the price and lack of ammenities."

"We loved the property. Although only a short visit we were able to enjoy the secluded atmosphere and the beautiful backyard. Hot tub is a wonderful add."

"This place is disgusting. I arrived and there was several large gross stains on the bedding. I asked for a new room, and it was the same thing - filthy, unsafe conditions with gross stained bedding. So I left on the spot and found another place to stay. I’ll be demanding a refund from Hotels.com for failing to properly inform me of the horrific condition of this property."

"We enjoyed the stay and was happy that it was close to UC Davis medical center. We were going to bring our dog but decided to leave him home with a setter. There is however a nice green space for an animal to potty. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are far more spacious than we thought from pictures. We would stay again if in the Sacramento area.The only drawback was the bedroom tv did not work."
