"I had an excellent stay from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, which made the experience very comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations. My only suggestion would be to make the bathroom a bit more accommodating for international guests by adding a hand shower, jet spray, or bidet to the toilet commode."

"On the whole we really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Hotel, El Chido on the roof was especially nice having a few drinks by the pool with a fantastic view of Marina Bay and the Esplanade. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as were were exploring the city during the day and night. We stayed in a deluxe King which was small but nicely laid out, the bed was comfortable and the shower cubicle was a really good size. Filtered water from the sink was a nice touch. Self opening day and night curtains were nice and operate independently at a touch of a button as does the A/C and lights Our only complaints would be the Nespresso coffee machine didn’t seem to work, the lighting above the sink was not bright enough and the television didn’t have many international channels."
