Grand Park City Hall
5/5 Excellent
"Overall, the property and the stay were excellent.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the service at check-in. I had two bookings and due to a change in plans, I didn’t use the night of 4 May. I requested to remain in the same upgraded room for both bookings to avoid changing rooms. Despite the fact that I had paid for the unused night of 4 May, I was still charged an additional fee to stay in the upgraded room for the additional night, which I found disappointing and not consistent with the values of the hotel. It felt like an issue with the staff rather than the hotel itself, tbh.
The only other minor downside was that drinking water was not provided and had to be purchased separately. Other than that, great hotel and very convenient. "
