Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. We should have arrived at 3pm but due to delays and being rerouted through Rome we did not arrive until 1am. "Beautiful setting and great location for visiting sites in Tuscany. As we expected the road up was a little tricky. Coffee maker in smaller apartment did not work but we managed with the other one in the larger apt. WE had a great time and would reccommend it as a great place for family and friends"

It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient.
