"The apartment was clean, we didn’t need a air condition at all. If you want escape from crowded places, this will be a very good choice. You have the good top view at the city near the beach. We were in May, so the weather was rainy and sunny, so we could visit kulturell points and enjoy the see and swim. The hostess is a very nice person and is flexible, so we could arrange one or another points at the place. Many, many thanks for warm welcome"

Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. "Very private property set in beautiful gardens. Very clean and all facilities required for a stay. I particularly liked the small garden. Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it. The WhatsApp video showed all we needed to know about passcodes and was easily learnt. It wasn’t helpful for my husband that it was extremely hot when we arrived and although...

The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring and near to restaurants and shopping. "Great location - on main thoroughfare and handy to everything. Property will be much better when it is fully finished and fitted out. No wardrobes in any of the four bedrooms. Two rooms had no electric lights, and two or three of the bedrooms only had bedside lamps. No microwave (not essential). Many of the multitude of power points aren't connected to anything. Lounge areas only had a sofa and no side tables. Ikea dining chairs quite uncomfortable. Both bathroom basins only provide a trickle...

It was well appointed with everything we needed, very clean on arrival and perfectly located to everything. "This is a beautiful property out of the busyness of Florence. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the valley where you are perched on the side of a hill. Although it was too cold to use the pool it would be a great addition to any stay during the warmer months. There is a bit of a drive but we’ll worth it. "Loved the home. Very comfortable and nice. Beds were comfortable. The rooftop patio was enjoyed every day. Lucca is a great city to visit. The 5 flights of stairs are very challenging! We were unaware of the stair climbing and us seniors wouldn’t do that again. Aside from that we loved it."
