"Excellent hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. It's just a 15 minute walk along the very nice Rhine promenade to the centre of the altstadt (old town) and about 20-25 mins to the Cathedral. I would stay there again without hesitation."

"The staff would not give me a second pillow. It was very noisy at night - people running up and down the corridor and shouting. The room was very hot and the front desk ran out of fans. That said, the location worked well for us."
