"I couldn't believe the desk chair in our room was leather but, was ripped and terribly worn. The wood flooring in the restroom in our room was loosecwhen walked on."

"Newer property. Super clean every where. Most friendly front desk check in person i have met in a very long time. Would definitely highly recommend this property for anyone needing to stay in this area. Super convenient to restaurants, convenience stores and the local Walmart"

"The couch in my room had a big dip in it and it was very hard to get out of the hotel was clean, but it needed a lot of TLC. I asked when I got to the front desk if I could get a hotel room close to the main lobby or the elevator if we had to go on another floor and she told me no that my room was down by the exit door."

"Several nice pools, elevators and hallways clean and room was clean and comfortable. Tub was deep and hard to get into and out of. Surrounded area was nice and grounds well kept. Older but still good resort "

"Friendly staff, easy check in and out, large sized room, a/c was quiet and cool, clean comfortable bedding and safe, secure parking. Great value for your buck and great access to the freeway as well. I would definately stay here again and will stay here again on my next trip to Winstar. "
