"We were greeted by a friendly staff member who helped us with booking in and explaining all what’s available to us. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. In the room the fridge was full of various drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, plus snacks such as crisps and chocolate, which are charged to the room if taken. All the usual amenities are included such as iron and hair dryer. The hotel is located in an ideal location for Tower Bridge etc and loads of places to eat and drink including Gordon Ramsey’s Lucky Cat restaurant at 22 Bishopsgate, 20 minutes walk."

"A great choice for getting around the city — extremely close to both Edgware Road and Paddington stations, which made it easy to hop to different parts of London. The hotel itself is huge, with a great lobby bar and multiple food options right there, so you're never far from a good meal or drink after a day out. The rooms and showers were clean throughout, and staff at every turn were hospitable, helpful, and friendly, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-connected, comfortable base in London."

"I really loved the location of this hotel. Near enough to main attractions that you could walk if you wanted but still had a very neighborhood feeling. Staff were helpful and kind. The lack of ac in the summer was unfortunate, and another ding for the loud doors that would slam shut. Overall a very nice experience though."
