"I expected to be in the annex, but the room was very good and had a balcony. Food was excellent, generous portions. To be honest, I thought the wine was a bit pricey. Very nice garden, and plenty of parking. The hotel is a training hotel, so the staff are knowledgeable. "

"First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and it was amazing! We stayed for the Ed Sheeran concert and upon arrival we were gifted a brown bag with water, biscuits & a Kit Kat, so thoughtful. The bar and food were great and reasonably priced. The room was big, clean and beds were very comfy. "

"Nice old pub with hotel accommodation. Used for the nearby Houchins Wedding Venue. Bedroom comfortable. Shower a squeeze if you are taller than 6ft, but the trade off is the heritage of the building. Easy parking at rear."

"Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower. The restaurant was nice, the food was decent with plenty of options and great prices. A great place to stay and i will return. "
