We did have a little incident with a past guest disgusting our bathroom which was overlooked by the housekeeping but I don't think they saw it. The guest was not a nice guest and not a very good person. Sometimes people ruin things for other people. "

"My son and I stayed at Desoto Beach Hotel for 3 nights. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfy and we love the fact that we were a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. We enjoyed the beach every day that we were there even though it rained a bit. When the weather cleared and the sun came back out, we were out at the beach again. We will come back to Desoto Beach Hotel again as we come to Tybee as a quick getaway from Atlanta, Ga."

"Just one suggestion. There are plastic covered benches on each floor opposite the elevator doors. The plastic is torn and doesn’t look good there is abundant good looking furniture nearby. So I suggest you discard those benches. Everything else is fine "
