"Had to wait for the room to finish being serviced before we could enter - 1/2 hour. No milk in the fridge, had to fetch it myself. the directional blades of the air conditioner were broken and missing. The light fitting over the single bed was missing, just a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the bedhead. The catch on the shower door was not sealing and the floor became awash."

"This was hands down the filthiest accomodation I have ever seen in my life & Stayz need to do better when contacted about things like this. We were at this property for 2hrs in which I took a heap of pics waited for response from host property manager & stayz & got nowhere but ignored & told somebody will contact you. I cancelled accomodation & have fought Stayz for refund for 2 weeks straight "
