"anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."

"Great small room and very friendly staff. It was easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was on the third floor with no lift so if you have a lot of luggage or hate climbing stairs, that could be an issue but it wasn't a problem for me."
