"This is a high end hotel with exceptional value; no detail has been overlooked. Simply put, they get everything right every time. The location is perfect in the historic pedestrian center! Our room (8) on the 4th floor was very quiet and beautiful with an amazing ceiling, comfortable king bed, excellent water pressure, bidet and garden access. The heat-A/C is completely silent!! "The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"While the room was OK, it was in the back and just looked into the back of other buildings. Most unpleasant and disappointing. As well, there was a significant step down from the bathroom to the main area that has the potential to be very dangerous, especially if the room is dark. Staff were pleasant! "

"Whoever wrote a bad review of this place needs their head examined. Location if fantastic - right next to lots of popular spots. Had everything you could want and is super comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and helped us find parking close by that was reasonable. Try the ice cream shop and cod potato in the restaurants below. Would give them 6 stars if I could. "
