"I completely recommend this hotel! It is gorgeous and full of history. The rooms are huge with very high ceilings. The service is top-notch, and the staff is very friendly. The location is unbeatable. Highly recommended"

"The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

The bathroom in the room we were assigned was infested with black mould on the floor and ceilings. "Nice clean room, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is great for walking downtown."

"Great communication from hotel before we arrived. Clean, great customer service, perfectly located in the town center."

This hotel is screaming for a makeover- and at that price… a bit absurd. 1 min walk to train station, which is amazing . I got a call and said they oversold. Was gonna put me at another hotel 11 min walk away (i specifically picked this hotel bc of my cruise and 2 suitcases). They somehow figured it out for me and I was able to stay....
