"i did not like that I had to request for my room to be cleaned. The cost of the room was high and I would expect the room to be cleaned without having to ask for it."

"Everything was fine"

"Housekeeping skipped our room the first day. The second day they only made the beds, trashes were full and the bathroom was not cleaned. The shower was cold and would not heat up unless you showered after 8 am."

"It was okay for a one-night stay but a little run-down. The room was cleaned and made up but didn’t seem disinfected-clean (I’m a bit of a germaphobe so maybe it was just me personally)."

"Was disappointed by the dirty, stained carpet and the moldy smell. Bathroom was very small. We were in room 104, and could hear the floor above us squeaking pretty loudly. Bed was comfortable. Location was okay, close to freeway. Really surprised no blow dryer. They have shampoo, lotion and bar soap, no conditioner. Easy parking, good restaurant nextdoor , but not worth the money."

"I loved staying at Shell Beach Inn. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and quaint. I highly recommend it and will be staying here again."

"Fantastic breakfast."

"The hotel is centrally located. It has a wonderful restaurant and bar. The hotel is clean and has beautiful views."

"One of the newer hotels in the area. The rooms are very large and you can easily walk to SLO ranch. Easy access to freeway and shops. Paid parking."
