Even though it's busy outside, it is very quiet inside the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me locate my glasses after I check out, immediately after I called. And I was able to get them on the same day. They made my trip a wonderful experience."

Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "
