"Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower. The restaurant was nice, the food was decent with plenty of options and great prices. A great place to stay and i will return. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Chudleigh. As quaint and lovely as the room was, the proprietor, Carol, was even more so. She was so sweet and kind. The room was full of extras at every turn. Everything was amazingly clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was everything you would want in an English breakfast. I highly recommend this stay. "

"Nice room very clean staff pleasant but bar area in need of a bit of love snd attention. Breakfast very good but placement of things s bit odd. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine. "
