"This apartment/hotel is nice and modern. Having a separate kitchen and bedroom was convenient. It sits in an almost perfect location. The busy intersection at this spot is not good for Uber drivers. You will need to pick a side street for pick up. The balcony is amazing. You can hear the traffic noise, but anywhere you go in the city, you'll be able to hear it. I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to others. "

"I stayed at the Expedia VIP suite. First, just because you purchase this suite doesn't mean that the staff at the hotel knows that it is the top floor. I had to call to confirm before the trip and once arrived at the hotel, had to confirm it again since they were going to give me the 2nd floor suite because that was the only one available at the time, hence waited about an hour for the top floor to be available (I was not rude but said okay will wait for top floor with a smile and it was fine.) The top floor is the 12th floor but there is one more floor above you which is the Penthouse. There is a big Financial building on the side within the view but they really can't see in until night time due to the reflecting windows of the hotel, and at night, people in the financial building are gone home so no issue. Even though we got free breakfast, I only went one morning because it was pretty awful. I thought lot of things were 3-4 stars but overall I gave it 5 stars due to the great room with a view and the fact that sound proofing in the room along with being on the 12th floor with windows facing away from the main street gave me really good nights of sleep for me to do my day adventures. The noise is something you can't escape in CDMX and ability to get a good night of sleep with a relaxing view was totally worth the extra uber rides needed from here."

"Excellent service with a great and friendly staff. The place is clean and easy to get to from the airport 10 to 15 minutes. Use the shuttle from the hotel and you will need to schedule them to pick you up and drop you from airport to hotel. Use their taxi service for a safe city exploration and they will also pick you up."
