"This property was exactly what my family needed. I traveled with my family and my mom and it was so perfect to have access to that attached mall for additional dining and snack options. Parking was super easy, the hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very approachable and friendly. I didn't receive any of the VIP amenities , but I didn't push too much because we were so tired when we arrived. Overall 10/10 experience - would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was above our expectations. The check in was fast and easy. All the personnel was very friendly and attentive and almost everybody spoke english. The service on the restaurant has room for improvement, but the food was very good. They have a shuttle to the airport which is a plus. The tv's are not smart type, so no streaming is available. They have good wifi whatsoever. The pool is very nice and clean. Maybe they need to work in overall discapacity accesibility since more people is getting to seniority age. The internal area where you wait for the taxi is very convenient."
