"In theory there is a reception in the hotel that works when ever they want. You can die ringing the bell they have and no one will appear. We received the the TV and the AC control. TV worked fine but the AC didn’t. Our room was located close ti the pool. They started playing music at Lou volume at 8:30 AM. Why? Good question… avoid the bad experience. Never stay in this hotel. "
