"The front desk staff were wonderful. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet. Oumaima took our luggage and suggested some reataurants and sights to see while we waited. When we returned a little later we were told we had been upgraded (apparently because it is a VIP access hotel). Our room was great, on the top floor in the corner overlooking the canal and St. Paul Church. The room was great and made our stay super enjoyable. The location is ideal, on the edge of old town and walking distance to Le Orangerie Park. There is a tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel, but we walked everywhere. Everyone we met in the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a desk, minibar, working A/C, two chairs, and an instant coffee bar We couldn't have been more pleased and will stay here again."
