"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Regent Contades Strasbourg. The lady who checked us in was welcoming, professional and friendly. We were advised of our VIP rewards without even having to mention them. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet and clean. Although there were renovations going on within the hotel we weren't inconvenienced once and there was no noise associated with them. The range of food for breakfast was lovely but our only disappointment was how crowded the dining room...

"The single bed room was the smallest so far among where I have lived in Europe. The bathroom was therefore also the smallest I have ever experienced, which was not very convenient for showers. The location was top. The staff speaks English and was friendly. The service team in the breakfast cafe was not as friendly as the hotel staff but okish. Overall, I would recommend the place for small budget travellers but I myself wouldn't choose it the next time I visit Strasbourg."

"This hotel was amazing!!!! The staff was lovely, the hotel was very comfortable, and the location was INSANELY AMAZING, you cannot get a better location. Its about a 20min walk from the train station, and within veiw of the incredible Strasbourg Cathedral. Lots of goood restraunt choices near-by, and the tourist iffice is within a 2min walk. Absolutely amazing hotel, I would absaloutly stay here again, it was my favorite hotel in France! "

"Very central to the Old City which is what I wanted. I could walk everywhere, and there were excellent food and shopping possibilities nearby. My room looked out onto the street, which was lovely, but since this is bar/tourist/resto central, it was extremely noisy late into the night. If that matters to you, ask for an interior room. Also, I have stayed at several Happy Culture hotels so I am used to the tiny rooms, but this one was almost too tiny to be functional. There was not enough space...
