The rooms are large and comfortable. The TV system is poor (effectively only some news stations of use). The breakfast was adequate, but some ingredients were dried out. Parking is tight. Michelle was a gracious and helpful host. The best, however is the central, quiet location with easy access to most of what Cape Town has to offer. "

"I has serious problems with the Internet connection for almost three consecutive days. The building needs renovation. It is a nice location with the most breathtaking view to Table Mountain. But a lot of things in the room need to be upgrade."
