The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "This place is such a gem. Host was super friendly and well organised with check in etc. We stayed in the white room, which as with all the rooms had loads of great design features. The common areas of dining room and living area are great if travelling with children (as we were) location was great just off Kloof street with loads of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend."
