"There was a little mix up when we checked in. I booked a Club Room & when I asked about Lounge access, I was told it wasn’t part of the booking. The gal at the front desk called right after I got to my room to apologize for the mix up & yes we did have access to the Lounge. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! Longke (working at the front desk) was extremely helpful with information about surrounding areas & things to do at the Waterfront! He also kept us laughing!"

"Fantastic experience all around, property was modern, chic and class and the apartment was amazing with incredible views and almost unbelievably spacious with all the amenities one could need. The immediate vicinity around the hotel was also very walkable with tons of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Building also had a great pool deck and a cute gym. The property also had full load shedding backup (power outages) and so everything worked as normal in the apartment. Perfect stay!"

"Really nice loft-style apartment on a high floor with an upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, dish washer, compact laundry and large living and dining area, everything you need. Large balcony overlooking De Waterkant area. Grocery, cafe, restaurant, and rental car agency all within walking distance. Also felt like a really safe area to walk around in which was great. I'd book again for sure."
