"Everyone was so helpful and provided the ultimate service! I will definitely stay here again and am sending my friends! Their breakfasts were also outstanding! "Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."

"There was a little mix up when we checked in. I booked a Club Room & when I asked about Lounge access, I was told it wasn’t part of the booking. The gal at the front desk called right after I got to my room to apologize for the mix up & yes we did have access to the Lounge. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! Longke (working at the front desk) was extremely helpful with information about surrounding areas & things to do at the Waterfront! He also kept us laughing!"
